FACILITY JOB

Facility Job is a small scale partnership project conducted by Inspire Consulting (Poland) and Aurive (Italy) focused on the exchange of methods and practices toward post diploma work placement of disadvantaged learners. The project is funded under the Erasmus + Programme 2014-2021 Erasmus+ Vocational Education and Training (VET).

WORK PLACEMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Partners from two countries trace the differences between work placement systems and tools in their countries.
The activities include:
  • exchange of the best practices in the useof placement desks as a tool for the employability of disadvantaged recent graduated
  • mutual study visits to learn more about work placement services in partners VET agencies (visitsto learn more on existing educational resources available to for gradated from Vet with relevant skills for employability according to emerging trends in the labour market)
  • multiplier events to disseminate the results
    ​of  research and actions in the project.
Main result of the project is a publication in an e-book form.
