PROJECT ACTIONS
The project actions allow the cooperating partners to exchange best practices and strategies for enhancing vocational students employability. The project will enable the partner to develop some innovative actions aimed at developing a set of tools to improve the the quality of work placement services in vocational training, trough better internship placements and work based learning chances. Quality in vocational training will be developed also by fostering a stronger connection between vocational schools and business companies from the industrial field.

COLLECTION OF GOOD PRACTICESVet teachers and case manager involved in school based placement services will be interviewed (an online survey) and this will allow to report on placement issues and about the relationship-based nature of the post diploma career. Best practices exchange will be focused to understand successful approaches to supporting the post diploma placement of the most disadvantaged learners in Vet schools. Focus will be on the exchange of best practice on placement services for the employability of disadvantaged targets (graduates and learners with diabilities). The action will be aimed at the exchange of best practices about how to support recent graduated students from VET in entering in the labor market. Partners wantto confront on methods to activate and to support recent graduated student's employability to use school as a place for activities usefull to foster young people skills relevant for a better inclusion in the labor market and in the local community.
