On November 29, 2024, we had the honor of organizing a Dissemination Event as part of the project Facility Job – methods and practices toward post diploma work placement of disadvantaged learners. 29 listopada 2024 roku mieliśmy zaszczyt zorganizować Wydarzenie Upowszechniające w ramach projektu Facility Job – methods and practices toward post diploma work placement of disadvantaged learners. Wydarzenie zgromadziło 34 uczestników, którzy z entuzjazmem i zaangażowaniem uczestniczyli w pełnym inspiracji programie.

Szczególną uwagę przykuły warsztaty prowadzone przez Katarzynę Taperek-Grzędzińską – doradcę zawodowego i coacha, która zaprezentowała dobre praktyki z Polski, m.in. zastosowanie Terapii Skoncentrowanej na Rozwiązaniach (TSR) i job coachingu. Uczestnicy poznali filozofię TSR, skupioną na zasobach, pozytywnym podejściu i skutecznych narzędziach, które mogą wzbogacić obszary edukacji, doradztwa zawodowego oraz rozwoju osobistego.
Podczas sesji praktycznych uczestnicy mieli okazję:
  • zwiększać poczucie własnej wartości,
  • rozwijać umiejętności podejmowania decyzji,
  • odkrywać swoje zasoby i potencjał zawodowy.
Warsztat zakończył się pracą w podgrupach nad „bankiem pomysłów” na rozwiązania wspierające osoby z niepełnosprawnościami na rynku pracy. Prezentacja pomysłów potwierdziła kreatywność i zaangażowanie uczestników.
Oto niektóre propozycje naszych uczestników:
- wzrost środków na staże (podnoszenie kwalifikacji), kursy i szkolenia
- otwartość pracodawców, spotkania z przedstawicielami zawodów
- technologie asystujące w miejscach pracy
- zatrudnienie asystenta
- uczenie samodzielności
- edukowanie środowiska
- TSR w edukacji
- coaching indywidualny
- obecność w firmie osoby wspierającej różnorodność.
Zatrudnienie wspomagane jako kluczowy element wsparcia
Popołudniowa sesja prowadzona przez Warmińsko-Mazurski Sejmik Osób Niepełnosprawnych w Olsztynie skupiła się na idei zatrudnienia wspomaganego. Omówiono konkretne przykłady wsparcia osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które umożliwiają im odnalezienie swojego miejsca na rynku pracy.
